Projects may be charged using one of two pricing structures:
Hourly Labour Rate– Work is completed at the mutually agreed-upon hourly rate for labour performed on site or off site.
Fixed Quoted Price – A full project quote is provided based on the anticipated scope, materials, and labour needed.

In either case, any extra materials, equipment rentals, specialty tools, permits, or subcontracted trades that become necessary during the course of the project will be billed in addition to the main labour charges. These costs will be outlined and approved when identified, ensuring the client has complete visibility into all expenditures associated with the job.
